At Burton Builders, LLC each home we build is truly custom. Whether it is a starter house, vacation getaway, or the home of your dreams, we want to make it yours. We listen to your ideas and turn them into reality. Most importantly, we know that custom means personalized, not expensive.
We offer many home plans that range from economical to elaborate. However, these are just a starting point. We encourage our customers to gather their ideas and meet with one of our local draftsman to finalize your custom blueprint.
Our homes start with a solid foundation. Concrete block, poured walls, and precast panels are all available. Premium exterior finishes including stone, brick, fiber-cement, cedar, or vinyl siding encase our homes. Stick-built walls in 2x4 or 2x6 (per-plan) are standard.
Energy-efficiency is of foremost concern to us. All of our homes are wrapped in Tyvec Home wrap, air-sealed, and insulated to the highest standards. High effiency heat-pumps, on-demand water-heaters, and energy-star windows and appliances are available in every home.
Our interior finishes express your personality and lifestyle. Custom paint and trim combinations, hardwood and tile floors, unique fireplace and hearth treatments, and built-in cabinetry are among the possibilities. |
